Refund Policy

We have a 14-day refund policy. Meaning you have 14 days after delivery date to request a return.

Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned.

To start a return, contact us at info@godschildapparel.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shilling label and instructions on where to send your package. A request for return must be done before items can be sent back or a refund will not be accepted. 

Defective/Damaged Items

Please inspect your items upon receiving them. Contact us as immediately if the item/items are defective or damaged, so that we can rectify the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only for item sizes or colors that were wrongfully sent to the customer. Please contact us at info@godschildapparel.com stating the mistake. We will then send you a return label and instructions on the next steps.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund was accepted or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Please remember it will take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
